Eastern Creek Quarter Shopping Centre - ECQ - proudly Frasers Property — Attraction in Sydney

I have mixed emotions regarding my experience. I love the centre however, tonight I had a disappointing experience with one particular store. I walked in tonight looking for some balloons and I found the Red Dollar store just before closing and the female staff member kindly said it was okay for me to purchase my balloons, however after finding out which balloons I had purchased with the other female staff member she became very abrupt and lectured me and the other young staff member on how she needed to count the money and send the end of day balance before 6pm without customers present. After I sincerely apologised she continued to explain that she doesn’t get paid any extra for overtime and it was not worth her time. The young female staff member who arranged my balloons was lovely and did a fantastic job - I felt bad for the way the other girl was speaking to her because it was unnecessary. I am very grateful that she arranged my $80+ balloons and they stayed back 2 minutes over (as we walked out 6:02pm) but the other girl made it very uncomfortable for all of us and to receive an $80 sale in a dollar store last minute should be...

When ECQ first opened up it was so popular. I waited a few weeks to settle down first. I saw the reason why, because ECQ boast some unique cafes and restaurants that I invited friends who lived outside the area to drop by and visit.

Noteable establishments worth writing home about: Burger Point, Sir Manong, The Chocolate Room and Gotcha Fresh Tea.

If you like Bubble Teas then Gotcha is your place to order. Burger Point has remarkable fried chicken even though 'burger' (which are very good as well) is in the name. Sir Manong present authentic Filipino cuisine.

If you have young children who enjoys playground ECQ has one of those as well. While someone from your family can do the groceries inside a friendly Woolworths Supermarket.

Downside: I would like ECQ to have a wider and safer entry and exit driveway. It is in the one junction (I wish were in other parts of the car park and have two lanes of enter and exits) and quite narrow so if you do have a large vehicle,...

The Dollar shop next to the fruit store is beautiful, but the service is disgusting. My daughter walked in to have a quick look around, and because we had somewhere to be, we left in a hurry. The owner of the store chased down my girls and asked about the scarf that I was wearing and if I had stolen it from her store, my girls replied that we purchased it 4 years ago in the city 🤦🏽‍♀️

We came back a month later and wanted to purchase from the same store, and I noticed that the owner again was dissing us out, so I confronted her at the checkout and politely asked that she stop passively assessing us while we shopping just because we have brown skin.
