Gong Cha Merrylands — Attraction in Sydney

This location is absolutely horrible! To begin with, I was gifted a Gong Cha gift card that had well over $50 on it. I attempted to pay with it but it constantly denied the transaction, whereas other locations managed to do it successfully, hence leading to my point of faulty EFTPOS machines. Secondly, the customer service. The customer service here is disgusting. The workers do not bother greeting their customers, go on their phones while making the drinks and have very poor manner skills. Finally, the drinks here are not made accurate to those of other locations. Trust me when I say this, this location CUTS CORNERS! I had ordered a passion fruit green tea with toppings and they forgot all the toppings and used an opaque cup for my drink rather than the standard transparent cup to hide their mistakes! Their drinks barely follow recipe and the flavoured green teas are just teas with no flavour. Every time I come to this location, they continuously ruin my drink regardless of the criticism I give them. In conclusion, do not come to this location unless you just want to be scammed...

Me and my friends went to gong cha boba tea and one of the lady’s gave us the biggest attitude when we were ordering and we got the I got a large boba milk tea and a regular taro tea. And the lady gave us the bobas and she gave a strawberry milk tea when we asked for a taro milk tea. And she didn’t give us a receipt she just gave us the bobas and we asked her why she gave us a strawberry milk tea and she said you asked for strawberry not taro. Obv we didn’t think much of it and she gave us 2 dollars and we didn’t think of it and left when I saw the money it was 2 dollars. We went back and told her why did u give us 2 dollars when ur supposed to give us 5 dollars because the total was 15 and we gave her 20. I do not recommend this...

It taste different from other gong cha we had. The taro flavor is just like tea with purple food coloring I can't taste any taro flavor. Husband has the Earl Milk, they just dunk there the whole big slice of jelly doesn't even care to maybe slice or what, I don't know if it has to be like that but you can't even sip it cause it stock. We had 4 orders and it seems done without a minute, amazing but it doesn't taste good....
