After spending an ample time finding parking. Entered the restaurant third in line to be served. Whilst waiting there were customers unable to decide what to order. Whilst waiting to be served a lady had walked in (assuming she ordered her food over the phone) went up to the register and was served by a second server. Second server (later found out was the manager) did not continue to serve. She went back to chatting with a fellow colleague. At minute 20, we were finally served, no disrespect to the server, she did not speak the best English. I asked if we are to order our food would we be waiting longer to receive our order. She responded “no, 10-15 min” to which I took as guarantee and continued to order.
Went to sit. We received first 2/4 of the meal 15 minutes post ordering. Another 30mins had passed at this point and the remaining meals had not arrived. I went to the kitchen and asked to speak to the manager to address the situation and my dissatisfaction. There was no real remorse or response to when the rest of our order will be served. I requested they finish our order. Post discussion the entirety of our order was served within 5 mins. No apologies, no intent to rectify the mishap, nothing.
Wish to add we requested changes to a dish which they did not adhere and when ordering pad see eww was informed there was no flat noodles.
All in all, occupied with fulfilling uber eats/online ordering than serving in house paying customers.

Read moreUnfortunately, what a disappointment, even specifically talking to management to make sure my chicken was thoroughly cooked, this order I placed chicken was undercooked pinkish in colour. The managers approach was a bit harsh with the fact that because I complained many, many years ago, he blew that in my face, and I literally ate there over 100 times in so many years. When you give nice feedbacks it's all roses when you complain about the meal it's just a kick in the face. Management offered credit, which I did not accept and won't accept. I'm not after their charity it's the unprofessional approach by the manager, which disappointed me very much. I am lodging a complaint with food authority and will pursue the case now after a poor response by the manager. Even though the pictures I sent through to the manager one specifically, he did not like he wanted to investigate in that one he could have refunded my money rather add a credit note. What makes him think I will go back there again. I'm now worried we don't get food poisoning. Well, to a business, they appreciate money as there GOD than customer feedback. Customer satisfaction means nothing to these people it's the money they bring in. What a shame!! Never ever again. Food Authority will pay them a visit after the food is tested to see what else of MSG, etc, is added...

The beans were not cooked well we complaint that we could not eat the lady took it away but never replaced it. We asked for coconut drink was told it was 7.00 dollars but charged 8.00 dollars When explained that they had veggie rolls fried at high heat. The girl smiled and said oh really sorry about that. 2.A bit concerning as they gave me veggie fried rice with no tofu and i did a pick up. So when i came home i called to say i got vegie n rice with no tofu or spice so the call centre contacted merrylands store and organised my order but what threw me out they took back the fried rice they gave me and i admitted i ate some. So are they going to take the eaten fried rice and give it to the staff or other customers to eat? Ill b honest i hav been sick coughing and m sure some of the bacteria may have spreaded into that open fried rice so my dear friends is this thai in a box practising food and safety...
