We got served by the most rudest young lady this afternoon (around 4pm 18/3/25). She was working by herself at the time and was clearly flustered. We checked on our order and she rudely said; they are not ready yet, then glared at us, then rolled her eyes. We then saw another customer ask her a question, and she looked angry and responded with, WHAT? When our drinks were done pushed the drinks in our directions without saying a word or thanking us for our order. The drinks she made tasted awful, too. We are regular customers and will not go there anymore because of this lady and her disgusting attitude. She obviously doesn't enjoy her job as she's stomping around acting like she hates her life!

I love the drink selection here at Gong Cha.. My favourite is Earl Grey with 3j’s ❤️ High in calories of course. Taro, milk tea or matcha lattes are also the bomb 👌😍 If you are health conscious then there are lower calorie beverages, just view the menu and it will listen the kilojoules which I think is amazing!

Gong Cha Miranda is a fantastic bubble tea shop that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for refreshing drinks and exceptional customer service. What sets Gong Cha Miranda apart from other bubble tea shops is the outstanding team serving there. Shirley, Joseph, Milli and Betty are all so wonderful individuals who excel at customer service. They are very friendly, polite, courteous, lovely and always willing to help customers with their orders. I go to Gong Cha Miranda very often as I simply can't get enough of their fantastic service, generosity in servings and delicious drinks. I highly recommend Gong Cha Miranda. The staff there are so so lovely, friendly, kind and generous. They are so generous in their servings. I've been to Miranda's milk tea shops, and none of them can compare to Gong Cha Miranda. The store manager Shirley and her staff Joseph, Milly, Simon, Betty and all the team members are amazing, they give the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Their tea is always yummy and consistent, I love red beans and they fill mine up with red beans! The other shops are super stingy with their fillings.
