They also host events most weekends for anyone to attend; breath work, ice baths, meditation, yin and pin, and chant and chai once a month, so many healing events 🙌🏽🙌🏽

Yoga and pilates; it is the most beautiful yoga studio, I always focused on fast heavy weight lifting and CrossFit but I made a switch and my body and soul are thanking me for it.

Nell, Christina, Corinne, Marc and and all the teachers are such talented and passionate teachers, their classes are nourishing, I highly recommend all the classes and Nells Pilates classes add a little bit of disco 💃🏼 lights to your day, she will make you work hard and have fun at the same time , if you think yoga is slow and boring, the teachers at Soul will change your mind 😃
