The ground floor is flooded with food stores...and talking about flooding, everytime there is heavy rain in are this place can be affected by water leaking in and causing minor flooding. Which can make things very slippery.

After school can be a bit hectic outside the train gates with large groups of students lining up to purchase Mc Donald's or KFC on way home from school.

It is conveniently located with free parking for a few hours. The centre looks and feels tired. Due to Covid, several eateries have either changed hands or closed. The toilets on site for patrons to use are an absolute disgrace. 4/4 toilets in the women’s bathroom are broken, with one having the seat completely removed. Even the basins have cracks along the whole edge.
