Beauchamp Park is attractively located amidst a canopy of mature trees, offering ample shade and a tranquil setting. It provides an ideal retreat for those seeking a quiet space to unwind and escape the Australian heat.

Suitability for Children The park is well-suited for families, particularly those with young children. It features a range of play equipment, including swings, slides, and sandpits, ensuring hours of enjoyment. Additionally, charming sculptures of animals such as cows and dogs enhance the playful atmosphere. Parents should note, however, that the playground area is unfenced, and therefore attentive supervision is required to ensure children’s safety.

Amenities and Facilities Convenient facilities are available to visitors, including public restrooms located a short distance from the children’s play area. The park is equipped with picnic tables, numerous benches, and a car park accommodating approximately 20 vehicles, with additional street parking options nearby. A network of bike paths weaves through the grounds, providing opportunities for exercise and leisurely rides. The park is also within walking distance of local amenities, including the Chatswood dental clinic.

Flora, Fauna, and Wildlife Beauchamp Park is home to a diverse range of flora and fauna. Visitors may encounter flying foxes, possums, skinks, lizards, and a variety of bird species. The park’s main pathway is lined with 24 flower beds showcasing seasonal blooms such as magnolias, azaleas, and camellias. Several rose gardens further enhance the landscape, displaying vibrant colours throughout the year.

Very very good park to visit on a sunny summer's day because the whole thing is shaded by very tall trees. Doesn't get too busy either and the families that come are friendly and respectful. It's not the biggest park in the area but it has many different types of equipment from flying fox to the tallest swings you'll ever see. As an adult I love going on those swings because they are so big they make me feel like a kid again. All soft fall areas. Heaps of space to eat a picnic lunch (even a hidden BBQ up the top area) and plenty of space to play football around the park. Easy to walk to from all around or tonnes of free street parking if you drive here. Bike/scooter paths. What more...

This is a great park in Chatswood. It has a playing field that also functions as a fenced off dog off leash area making the rest of the park safe for children. For the younger children there is a play area with swings and other things. They had a vomit spinner in the past, but not sure if that survived the makeover. Council likes to keep the play equipment updated. They also had some basketball hoops and there is a toilet block as well. For Pokemon go players, there are a few...

Love this park, but wish the council could fix the drainage issue at the water station. Many dog owners (including me) have nowhere to pour leftover water, so we end up dumping it on the grass — making the area muddy. A simple drain would really help!

Great park for sports activities and play with friends and family. Easy to walk around with your dog and unleashed dogs can play inside the oval park. There are not many car space in the park but many around the street area.
