Extremely bad mannered ‘ guide’ with no people skills, shining a red light right in our faces so we couldn’t see where we were walking ,triggering an angry reaction. The Woman grabbed one of us with rough handling calling her sir and made her feel violated . We have had no guides in the past which I would suggest worked better .
