Clownfish Club — Attraction in Whitsundays

Overall, this is a great place to put your child into care to have some much needed adult time. My child had fun whilst she was there which is exactly what every parent wants and is a huge relief. My grievances were that I had made clear that my daughter has a sleep schedule that is extremely important and this was not followed during her second day in care. Changes were made to the schedule without my knowledge & against my instructions and made me question the trust that was initially built during my daughter's first day of care. I am not sure whether it was because the first day of care it was very quiet day compared to the second day, which was busy for the club. Regardless, the instructions were there for a reason & it comes across as disrespectful to have them disregarded without the club checking in with me. The outcome was a grumpy toddler who was over tired. When I called to check that day, the lady on the phone responded defensively & said she was only there to cover breaks. Additionally, during the 2 days of care we had my daughter in, the club had lost her hat & her sunscreen and these were never...

We decided reluctantly to put our 4 year old in for a 12-4pm session as he behaving like a typical 4 year old and ruining the holiday for our older kids. We were trying to give them a break from him 😂 (and us as well if I’m being honest) He absolutely loved it and asked if he could go back every afternoon for the remainder of our stay. The supervisors were well trained and engaged the kids the whole time. There were plenty of activities and games played to keep him occupied and he didn’t want to leave when the time was up. I felt apprehensive at leaving him at first but the friendly qualified staff put my mind at ease. We had our 2 year old son there for a full and half day. We only stayed 2 nights, but if we stayed longer, we would have used Clownfish every day. located close to the resort centre and walking distance to the reef view hotel. We dropped our son there for 8am start, finishing at 4pm. Check In process was smooth, confirming routines and they followed it to a tee. They feed the kids, put them to bed and do lots of activities. There’s indoor and outdoor areas and even a jumping castle. Our son loved it and wanted to go back.
