Overall, this is a great place to put your child into care to have some much needed adult time. My child had fun whilst she was there which is exactly what every parent wants and is a huge relief. My grievances were that I had made clear that my daughter has a sleep schedule that is extremely important and this was not followed during her second day in care. Changes were made to the schedule without my knowledge & against my instructions and made me question the trust that was initially built during my daughter's first day of care. I am not sure whether it was because the first day of care it was very quiet day compared to the second day, which was busy for the club. Regardless, the instructions were there for a reason & it comes across as disrespectful to have them disregarded without the club checking in with me. The outcome was a grumpy toddler who was over tired. When I called to check that day, the lady on the phone responded defensively & said she was only there to cover breaks. Additionally, during the 2 days of care we had my daughter in, the club had lost her hat & her sunscreen and these were never found/returned.
