Time 4 Thai Woodlands — Restaurant in Woodlands

Please note the majority of the reviews here are for the previous business Sue’s Thai Kitchen, as is the overall rating. I believe it is misleading to take credit for the previous owner’s good reputation.

I am a regular to Woodlands Shopping Centre and enjoy Thai food. However every time I visit I see the owner of Time 4 Thai standing in his doorway smoking. This is extremely off-putting. Worst still, I have seen him on several occasions flicking his cigarette butts into the drain. If you have to smoke please do it away from the doorway and dispose of your cigarettes correctly.

I have just read the other most recent reviews and absolutely agree with the customer comments. It’s a pity the owner doesn’t take on board the feedback, instead he seems to resort to belittling and insults.

Poor customer service. I pulled up at the dedicated customer parking bays to get take away from this place a couple of weeks ago, only to be rudely approached by the owner to inform me that I can’t park beside the restaurant as it’s for customers only. He did not ask me if I was planning to get take away or dine at the restaurant. I can only assume that he assumed I was just planning to park there and go to the shops in the complex. Little did he know that I was planning to get take away from time 4 Thai. Given his rude manner, I simply said ‘sure’ and parked elsewhere in the complex and got fish and chips instead. The owner obviously has double standards as he parks his own car in the supposedly dedicated ‘customer’ parking spots as pictured in images attached. I will never return to this place again, and I will not recommend it to...

Intimidating owner stands outside smoking, waiting to crudely pounce on anybody who dares park in ‘HIS’ car parks that ‘HE’ pays for, threatening fines through the cctv footage. We weren’t even in the bay for more than 60 seconds. These are my local shops that 4 generations of my family have grown up going too, it very much feels like home, and so it’s not a nice feeling having encounters like this - especially with children in the car! This is reflected once again, by his defensive and irrational replies to any other negative reviews he has received. Absolutely does NOT embody the positive Woodlands community feel. Hopefully he soon realises this is not the way to go about things because the locals attending this centre are the very people he should be building positive rapport with if he wants anybody to support...
