I recently experienced a lead ride on an e-bike with Element3, I thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend anyone to give it a try. Our leader Tom made everyone very welcome and feel comfortable, regardless of their previous cycling experience. The ride started with a quick check that we could all handle the bike and operate the brakes, gears and electric power safely. Then it was out onto the road / footpath and cycleway to get out of Kitzbuhel into the beautiful surrounding countryside, through forest, by the riverside and railway line, on the way taking in views of the local neighbourhoods and numerous points of interest. Tom kept up the group's interest with his anecdotes and stories and was watchful for any members falling behind, making sure there were regular stops to catch our breath. With a lunch stop thrown in, time flew by and we had to head back to base to ensure two of our party were back in time for an early evening flight home. No problem - speeding back with the boost available from the electric motor, it really helped us cover ground and gradients a number of us would have otherwise really struggled with. My 1st Kitzbuhel visit and ski vacation over the Christmas holiday. So glad I chose Elemement3 for my equipment rental & ski lessons needs. Josh at the front desk provided an exceptional customer service experience in my equipment rental needs. Also a great competitive rate for rental of boots/skis. The lesson booking personal we’re very helpful. Took (2) three hour lessons from Bo (element3) ski instructor. As a experienced hockey player I found many similarities to skiing. Bo was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me build a great foundation on skiing mechanics and after couple of lessons felt proficient in tackling the blue/red ski slopes at KitzSki. Finally many thanks to Kevin in boot/ski selection. A very knowledgeable ski instructor that assisted me in finding the right match for boots and ski’s. Tom and the team at the Element3 Sportshop by the Hahnenkamm are amazing! We have rented there multiple times and always go to this store when in Kitzbuhel, after trying other stores previously. Tom stands out at the store and is super helpful. Tom is great at helping you pick the rights skis based on your skiing style/ability as well as the conditions on the mountain. His recommendations have always been spot on. Tom is also great with our kids and gets them super pumped before skiing. He helps make the experience easy, efficient, and for you to feel special; at this Element3 shop you are not treated as just another number like at other places. Also, the ski and boot storage is really convenient and the place is just near the Hahnenkammbahn station. And, Tom's food and shopping recommendations in Kitzbuhel are always spot on for what we are looking for. We look forward to seeing Tom and the team on our next trip.
