I called to ask if I could change the date/time for some tickets I bought. The person on the phone said no. I then enquired as to whether I could get a refund instead and they said no again. This is the most unhelpful ‘customer service’ I have ever experienced from any venue. I love seeing shows, plays, musicals and concerts and I may have been a repeat customer. However, due to the rigid nature of the ‘customer service’ provided, I don’t think I will consider ever coming here again in the future. This is definitely not normal as this is the first time I have every experienced this behaviour. This is also poor business practice as it just produces annoyed customers. 🙄

The staff are very pleasant. The concert seating for VIP wasn't that much better than the b or c category. Very disappointing and very setup for passing tourists. The Orchestra was good and they didn't play like their life depended on it.
