KOI Thé Dhanmondi stands out as a premium destination for bubble tea lovers in Dhaka. Located in a prime area of Dhanmondi, this outlet of the internationally renowned KOI Thé brand brings a sophisticated blend of taste, ambiance, and quality service.
As you walk in, the first thing that strikes you is the modern and minimalistic décor, offering a cozy yet trendy atmosphere that makes it ideal for both casual hangouts and work meetings. The tapioca pearls are consistently soft, chewy, and flavorful—clearly made with care. The tea itself has a perfect balance of sweetness and richness, and what’s even better is the option to customize sugar and ice levels, catering to health-conscious customers. The menu also includes a variety of other flavors, such as Green Tea Macchiato, Jasmine Milk Tea, and seasonal fruit teas, all made with high-quality ingredients.
Service is prompt, professional, and polite. The staff are well-trained and always willing to explain options for newcomers. Prices are slightly higher than average, but considering the global brand, quality, and ambiance, it feels justified.

Read moreThe place was good and the the hazelnut bubble tea I got was not bad but there was a older man who was wearing a white shirt at the gate who was extremely rude to me because I brought my kitten and pointed towards me and the door multiple times gesturing me to leave which was very unprofessional. I would have left then and there but I had already placed my order so went back and kept the kitten in the car and got my tea but while doing so he was staring at me, I also caught him walking around and staring at others like a creep, he also kept staring through the door right while we were leaving which was very uncomfortable. Read moreBranch of world's famous bubble tea brand recently opened their branch in Dhaka's infamous shatmasjid road. We've tried Koi the in Thailand and found it amazing specially their bubble milk tea. So when we heard it opened in Bangladesh we couldn't hold our crave and go for it. We tried caramel milk tea and milk tea with bubble pearl on it. We didn't had to wait longer. Pricing was fair I think just the 80taka extra for pearls is bit too much I think. One of senior employee refused to hand us one. Since it was their rule here 1 straw for 1 tea. I found it bit odd...
