Went before for their so called Falooda and other cold beverages. That was okay-ish inherently. So this time had to try their main course of meal nonetheless.
Price was quite mediocre. Food was terribly bad except for Chicken Malai & The Hariyali Kebabs we had, not up to the hype. Beef was never tasted like “Lahori” beef which was more of a beef bhuna in desi style.
Mushroom BBQ- Mushroom was way too much spicy that they didn’t even ask for our spicy level on the menu. Thus, we could not return as it has been served already. Apparently no one could have such spicy level..
I just puked after trying “Khata Khat”that consists of mutton brain and heart was a complete disaster. We then took out all the food at home thinking our housemaid might be able to finish those rests. But guess what, my maid have had a food poisoning too throughout the night. I feel very sorry for her though gave her a meal I couldn’t have finished. My family suggested I was supposed to complain about the food quality/issue with food safety authority and make a review to the public how awful their food is!!!
Never gonna visit again for sure and really hope they should take a strong stance on changing their food quality over...
Read moreThe main problem is they don't expect any credit card. How funny it was. Nowadays who used to carry a hell lot of cash? All the small restaurants do have this facility but they don't. It's quite annoying and I feel bothered anyway hope they will work on it and guys please take cash to avoid this kind of embarrassing circumstances. I think you should think about the option.
Exceptional service as they served us fresh food in no time, even though their place was house full. Food is cheap and extremely tasty, especially the green curry, rumali roti and faluda. The faluda of Bar-B-Q tonight is always my favorite. Their kababs are delicious but they don't offer a complimentary salad with their kababs. You have to buy green salad (4 slices of cucumber, 4 sliced carrots, some onion rings and two pieces lemon). And the other items are the okay type.
The ambiance is okay, very good for winter as they have open space. And very good for group gets together as the price is very reasonable.
Overall, their food and environment are good. I really recommend this place to everyone to give it a try with your loving once. Really worthy to spend some good times! I would love to go...
Read moreUpdate 2.0: Went with few friends during late night snack. Service was ok. I wish the chicken was more properly spiced. But the chicken kebab was good. And faluda is always top notch, but I would prefer it in a bowl and not in a glass.
Everytime I eat their food I have to use the restroom multiple times for the next 24 hours. Heavy emphasis on the word 'everytime'. Cuz it don't matter how my tummy feels, I got to have the kabobs!
Food is delicious for the most part, but I did not like the CHICKEN LIVER KEBAB. I tried it multiple times, but the taste left something more to desire for. But other than that, everything I tried so far has been delicious. Love the faludas..but wish they added more jelly. My usual order includes, .KANDAHARI CHICKEN , CHICKEN BOTI KEBAB, beef AFGANI KEBAB, BEEF SHEEK KEBAB and MUTTON BOTI. My fav is chicken boti and beef Afghani (shout out to my Afghani brothers and sisters, may one day you find your democracy).
Cannot speak about the customer service, because all my experiences have been through food delivery at home. Hopefully I'll be there in-person to try some other foods from the menu.
Happy...
