Reviews of Koning Albertpark (Zuidpark)
A well maintained park in Ghent. Lots of activity from school groups having physical education to dog park area with dogs off leash. Great statue of King Albert still looking down on his subjects with a pond with a small fountain.
I like this public garden very much. It allows people to enjoy their free time without any kind of problem because it is huge. It is so nice to see how well cared the statue of Albert is. I recommend the place to everyone!
About a 15 minute walk from historic center. Many benches and super safe. Great downtime spot away from all the tourists. Easily walkable.
