Not a happy customer. Purchased a sterling silver charm bracelet made byJennifer Rodrigues Designs back in June while on vacation. The bracelet tarnished in parts of it (turned black) I tried cleaning it also with using a cleaning cloth from Pandora, no good results. I contacted Jennifer via email. At first she was not happy what I was telling her. After a few back and forth emails she stated she had one on her desk to send out to me Never received it once again she said she sent it out had to check with the postal service. I requested for her to send me a tracking number no response Jennifer also requested me to send her my credit card number so she can refund me $75 the cost of the bracelet.
