Raintree — Attraction in Khan Daun Penh

If you’re a participant for an event at Raintree, you’ll have a great time. The space is very open, and has a friendly atmosphere.

If you’re planning to host your event at Raintree, the venue is equipped with modern equipment, but there are some basic equipment missing. For example, the hall does not have its own sound system, so you’ll need to rent an external sound system. Plus, it would’ve been nice to have rugs/carpets available to cover the stage. Instead, you’ll have to rent a carpet from outside if you want your stage to have a different look.

My team did not have the best experience with some staff members. Some were helpful; others were not. Our experience would have been better had the staff been a bit more flexible with our requests and with their policy. This review might seem a bit negative, but our team was still satisfied with the venue.

I went to Raintree to see an event space for an upcoming workshop with my colleague, and from the minute we met Nora, we knew that we'd have all of our needs met - she was attentive, friendly, and open to all of our suggestions and requirements in a way we had not experienced! It was an incredible relief, as having someone help us deal with hassles takes a lot of of stress off of our shoulders. Her friendly, can-do attitude is an amazing asset to the Raintree team, and knowing that we'd be dealing with her throughout our engagement with Raintree made the final deciding factor to use the space. If you are looking for a spacious place with pleasant environment to organize a small workshop despite the price, then Raintree is a go to.

However, if you’re planning to organize a rather big event that needs more than just space to do, then I would suggest checking with the event organizers to see whether they have enough facilities to equip and manpower to aid your event without additional payment. Just so you know, they don’t have the sound system service included in the price they charge. If you need it, then pay more for that.
