Lazer Runner of Aurora - Laser Tag & Kids Birthday Party — Attraction in Aurora

would NOT recommend birthday parties here especially during their last timeslot before closing. their staff are young and rude. we understand it’s your job and you want to get off work in time but it’s one thing to ask and urge politely vs being disrespectful and shooing a group out… one teenaged looking staff came a few minutes before our party was ending, was rude to our group demanding to be completely cleared and out 9pm even though the previous group using the room delayed by 10 mins. many parents were there already picking up their kids and witnessed how he shooed us out. this party was for my younger brother, and my mom (who doesn’t speak a lot of english) politely said “ok, 5 minutes please” just so we can clear our plates and the worker responded “No no! look at the time! it’s almost 9 PARTYS OVER!” and proceeded to tap his finger on the posted whiteboard with the time making my mother LOOK as if she didn’t know well enough. He came in and started stacking chairs and rapidly shouting “cmon GUYS out of the way!” to both kids and their PARENTS while we were also trying to help and pack our stuff up. we packed up immediately and before we left he said “oh also my bad i didn’t give you guys a warning.”

i can tell my young brother and his friends had fun in laser tag but this is NOT an ideal spot to have a birthday unless you don’t mind cramming a super quick party and getting rushed out of there. It’s also small, the birthday party rooms is 1 room split into 2 by a curtain so you can hear kids screaming on...

Not a pleasant experience at all - I had my son’s birthday party here during the last week of January. We had chosen the upgraded package with the pizza, juice boxes/water, plates, cutlery and napkins to be provided by them. There was another party going on at the same time who had chosen the basic package (without food and drinks). The staff, without checking any details, provided all amenities to the other party. When I went to enquire about our food and drinks, they realized their mistake and ordered the pizzas at that point. However, the kids had to wait and the whole experience was spoilt. We also had to run to them for every small thing (cutlery, plates, napkins, etc.). Even though the delay was due to their mistake, they had the audacity to start the second game even before the kids were done eating the cake. The staff came and told us - the game has to start in the next 2 minutes. They did offer a 10% discount , however at that point it didn’t really matter. They also rushed through explaining all the details to the kids before the games. Will not recommend...

Unfortunately, I have to leave a 1-start review after the way I was treated by the owner of this place.

I booked a birthday party for my son at their place and due to some circumstances we needed to cancel so we called and gave them a 1-month notice ( not just 2 weeks ) and the nice lady who answered the phone said OK, we will cancel and issue you a refund for the deposit you paid.

I waited for two weeks and when no refund was issued I called her again and she apologized and advised me to email with the owner directly so I did, and to my extreme surprise he said" you can't cancel, but only reschedule!"

I explained to him that we no longer needed the booking and that I had already received an email saying it was cancelled and I also checked and found out that our time slot had been booked by someone else and despite all that he won't issue us our refund.!!!

This is really a horrible experience and I don't advise anyone to use them when this is how they treat...
