My mom and I have always been regular shoppers at FBB, until now. My mom purchased 2 pairs of pants at full price. She went to return them within the return window and buy pants that were a different size. There was a sale going on the day she went back. The owner wouldn’t let my mom participate in the sale with the new pants. She stated my mom was “exchanging” the old pants so she couldn’t participate! No, she was returning the pants, which were eligible to be returned according to your return policy. Then she was buying new products. My mom didn’t want to make a big deal so she quietly agreed to buy the new pants without being able to participate in the sale. Meanwhile everyone else in the store got to participate in the sale. FBB is overpriced as it is. We only continued to shop there because it’s a small business. Won’t be doing that anymore. Two customers gone. Hope it was worth it.
ETA- Of course the sale wouldn’t apply to previous purchases. She returned the previous purchase and bought new pants. A different size, as you stated. The sale should apply to the new pants she bought, on the day of the sale. If she had returned the pants (which were eligible for return according to your policy), left the store and came back 10 mins later to get new pants then the sale would have applied.. but because she did it all in one visit she...
Read moreIf I was able to rate this store with 0 stars I absolutely would. Ivy the manager is extremely unprofessional and rude, she treats her customers with absolutely no respect. I went into her store to EXCHANGE a Quincy Mae dress that I purchased on Aug 2. I went into the store Aug 16, and was told the return policy was 14 days and I was at the 14th day so it was too late. The lady working in the store was not transparent and could not explain this to me, she went on to FaceTime Ivy the manager and I then had to ask what was happening as I was standing there waiting to process my exchange, the dress was only tried on my baby (tags still attached). The lady then passed me her personal cell phone to speak with Ivy the manager, Ivy proceeded to tell me there was a stain and a run on the dress. The dress absolutely does not and is in brand new condition. I was then told they would make a decision by the end of the following day, which I then got an email stating that because the bloomer/underwear were not still attached to the dress, they were with the dress but not attached (due to me trying them on my daughter).
End of the story is, they are an establishment that sells very expensive clothing and customers should be treated fairly and with the utmost respect. I will never spend another dollar at this store and I would NEVER recommend...

Unworn, brand new items attempted to return 2 days later (after THEY sold me the wrong size. I tried to buy Wullyz and told them my kids' shoe size. They told me equivalent inches/conversion to their size and both sizes they told me would fit were far too small) and store credit only? Honest mistake/issue, ridiculously inappropriate response on their part. Will never be shopping here again. Do not recommend.
ETA: I DID call the store before I posted this review, and was told " if you've shopped here many times before as you say you have, then you should know our policy. It's clearly on our receipt." Sorry I don't make a point of returning items I buy? And what good is that information AFTER I've already bought it? I've previously spent hundreds of dollars here.
