Edit:
Today we visited during a Pro-D Day, and I was quite disappointed. A staff member had just finished checking the washrooms, but when my daughter and I went in right after, there was toilet paper all over the floor, it was pretty gross.
I also saw a child throw up after jumping too much on the trampoline, and there were visible vomit droplets and pieces around the area. ———————————————————————————— My daughter absolutely loves this indoor playground. It has always been one of her favorite places to go and play. Before, they had a wristband scanning system that allowed us to play for as long as we wanted when we went on Fridays, which was amazing. On our recent visit, though, we found out they had changed their policy to a two-hour limit, which was a bit disappointing. I was told this was a new policy change.
I would personally never go on a weekend because I can only imagine how busy and hectic it must get. If you have the flexibility to take time off during the week, I highly recommend visiting on a weekday when it is much quieter and they still offer unlimited play time.
You cannot wear shoes inside the playground, so make sure to bring or wear socks. In the ball pit, be extra careful. Sometimes children lose things in there, and you might accidentally step on something. I understand it can be really hard to find small items in such a large pit, but I do hope they eventually come up with a better way to check for hidden objects. The last thing anyone wants is for a child to step on something sharp and get hurt.
Overall, it is a wonderful place that brings so much joy to my daughter, and I know she looks forward to every visit. I just hope they continue to improve the little things to make it even safer and more enjoyable...
Read moreWe went December 2024 so everything was new, bright and clean! We paid $29.99 + tax = $31.48 for 1 kid and 1 adult. It is inside Tsawwassen mall and the nearest mall entrance is around Montana BBQ and Milestone restaurant. It is also near Lindt chocolate shop. The pin in google map is incorrect at the time of this writing. I gave 4 stars because of security risk - Although they gave the kid and guardian adult wrist bands, however upon exit they don’t check if the adult is indeed the guardian of the kid for example if the wrist band match. So hopefully they can be more strict in the exit verification. Aside from that, it is big and lot of things to play with. Slides, ball pit, bouncy, play centers, ride on cars. They also have party rooms you can rent. But if you are not with party you can’t bring in foods and drinks except water that you should only drink in the table area. Go early as it gets crowded by noon especially on weekends. There is washroom inside.
Things they need to improve: Security during Exit. Verify kid and adult is the guardian Maybe put a net because I saw kids climbing out at the front area and balls are flying out Interactive projector game was not working when we went.
The climbing zone and kids Ninja warrior course at the other side is still not open and will be separate entrance fee. The climbing zone will be ideal for older kids since the play area is just good for...
Read moreI think the prices here are very high, for an indoor playground type experience. Versus a play and learning experience such as Science World or a Children's museum.
In the fine print, it says parents must stay with their children the entire time. Yet some levels of the playground, I could not easily navigate as an adult. By the time you try to find a different way down, you've totally lost your children.
We were there at opening, and still had to wait 45 minutes in a line up to get in. And they opened early. It just takes them so long to process each payment/entry.
So many things were broken or out of place. Because we were there right at opening, you can tell, that even over night, employees don't return things back to their intended homes. So there's a play cafe/restaurant area, that literally had zero relevant toys in the space. Even in the bathroom, there was only one soap dispenser and it was broken.
You're not allowed to bring any outside food or drink. Which again really increases the cost of visiting.
The day we were there, you were only allowed to be in the playground for a maximum of 2 hours. Usually when we visit similar places like this, we leave for lunch and come back. But that wasn't an option here.
I would not recommend this place. I feel like there's a lot that could be done...
