Bourbon Street Grill — Restaurant in British Columbia

We first encountered Bourbon Street Grill in Richmond Centre. I couldn't believe it when they told me that they don't use MSG in their food. And they have my favourite food – BBQ chicken, BBQ pork, fried noodles, and of course mixed vegetables. However, we discovered that there is a catch – chopped garlic is as common an ingredient as salt, and there's garlic in everything. But if we wanted to eat a balanced meal with a decent amount of cooked vegetables, that's what's available. We stopped by the mill before heading out to the ferry to grab a bite to eat. I was going to have a simple Chachi's sandwich but would prefer more vegetables, and Bourbon Street Grill is the next stall. But the food was almost not edible because of the amount of salt in the food. I ate less than half and left the rest. We've since gone back again in case there was a different cook. But same thing, the honey mustard chicken was over-spiced and everything was too salty. Even our friend who lives locally and is a fan of Bourbon Street Grill is not keen to visit this particular outlet. I do wonder if that's the reason they are...

The taste of the food was great , the portion of food per order is amazing, packaging was ok , price is reasonable and affordable, service is excellent the Filipina lady works so fast and very friendly but needed a little bit more smile and I know she’s already tired and it got busy when I place my order that’s why she can’t smile anymore and I can see that she’s working with the new staff I overheard that she’s doing training for the new staff because of that good job . I didn’t have 5 star for now because the consistency of the quality and texture of the food is failed for me because I got the newly cooked fried rice some of the rice was still hard and it needed little more time to cooked well before serving to all the guest second the spicy chicken that I got is hard to chew it’s little bit chewy and some hard as well then the rest everything was ok but

I still definitely recommended to everyone to visit this branch in Tsawwassen Mill to taste their lots of different varieties of food it’s affordable and...

Absolutely rude staff, young female server wearing eyeglasses, not able to communicate at all, I asked for vegi of my choice which was zucchini, even though I pointed at zucchini despite the fact she didn’t understand what zucchini was, still she put broccoli and mushroom on my food, I asked to remove the mushroom as don’t eat mushrooms and allergic to it, she laughed & rushed my pregnant wife and 84yrs old mother through decisions instead of pausing to listen to the customer and correct order. Food was very too greasy, clearly reheated and not fresh. When I asked the other staff to speak with manager, she responded it’s a Chinese guys Erik, I asked to speak with Erik, she totally ignored my request, Absolutely unacceptable behaviour. She was keep itching behind her ears and touch the food. The food portion is half of the scoops compare to previous times as well. They don’t appreciate our business. It’s my last 60$ I spend on this garbage food, never again, never ever ever again. Absolutely not...
