Two encounters with this lady lead to an unpleasant experience. She was on the phone, did not greet after a quick hello. Demanded my Id to check my package. When I wanted to question Re: Info notice, she started to get verbally Aggressive. Did not wear a mask, as she was getting closer & closer with hostility. She threatened to call the police just from my inquiries. From the couple of bad experiences UPS customers have placed here already, I am totally not surprised. She is most definitely not representing UPS in a good civil manner. I really hope UPS takes everyone's complaint very seriously.
