Beautiful view of Burnaby suburbs, Vancouver harbour, and a glimpse of downtown Vancouver all in one. The sunset view is amazing but make sure to bring sunglassses cause you’re looking directly west.

The park is essentially one big steep hill. So nothing for kids to play on.

There’s a few benches, but you could also sit on the road blockers or on the grass at the top of the hill. It’s not a big place so spots are limited.

Locals love to come here and consider it a “hidden gem”. Though around sunset to night it starts to become very busy and crowded. Usually teens and young adults like to come here to drink and...

Profound view, an immense public resource.

At night the shimmering lights of North Vancouver, the warm ambitious glow of downtown. The orange glimmering hues of South Burnaby and Metrotown.

Confederation park and Hastings sparkle underneath. All of Burnaby lies within your view, immensely beautiful, beckoning each glance.

This view remains unparalleled to capture the perfect vision of Vancouver or Burnaby, any of the four season's.

The only other view that contests this lookout point it at the summit of Queen Elizabeth Park.

This remains forever among the best in the world....

Ok, this is a hidden gem and one of my favorite spots in the tri cities! The view of the North Shore and Vancouver is breathtaking! You get an excellent helicopter view.

It's great to visit in the spring and summer. This is a great spot to take a date or hang with someone you care about.

People are friendly and respectful of the space. Good spots to lounge, just whatever you bring with you,...

If you wanted to experience sunset viewing, I would suggest park your vehicle far away from the residential street parking because you could hardly have a hard time looking for a parking spot close to the reservoir park, otherwise you may wish to visit the park during off peak hours, probably during twilight.

My favourite place to watch the sunset. I never get tired of the view, it’s absolutely beautiful. There’s also benches there to sit and watch but we usually just stay in the car. There’s parking along the side of the road. Anytime I have been there it’s never busy. This is the perfect spot for chasing sunsets 🌅
