If I could give this Store location zero stars, I would! Multiple times I have come here and been treated very poorly. There is one female manager in particular, who has singled me out and treated me absolute horrendously!!! She has verbally attacked me out in regards to my disability and discriminated against me multiple times. This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE behaviour. Yelling and barking at me like I am cattle! Trying to kick me out of the store twice based on her own assumptions and prejudices. Sending security after me, which upon them realizing who I was and that I shop there frequently, left me alone. One incident I had to go to customer service to speak with the store a manager while a group of staff members all stood around and stared and gawked at the situation taking place. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Last time I went in to this store I got cornered by an undercover police officer!!! Really!? Is this the low they have stooped to? After speaking with him, he left me alone. Did they really have him come in to try to ābust meā ? This is pathetic. What has our world come to? We are all people in this world trying to survive and if I canāt even go into a store to buy food without being accosted because of someone elseās low tolerance, small mind capacity, no empathy, lack of education and bullying to the extreme then just just shows you where our society is heading. Very sad and very scary. I as well as everyone else deserve to be treated with respect! This woman has no authority over me whatsoever and to ostracize someone based on your own fears and lack of acceptance is atrocious treatment and behaviour. It is important to remember; we all govern ourselves and our own bodies, no one can do this for us including a Walmart manager. The moment people think itās ok to single out one person in an attempt to protect the many over the few than perhaps we should look at history or destructive societies and remember where that led......put the pitchfork down and leave me alone!!!!!! It so 2021 and we live in Canada for now we are still free to be who we are; HUMAN. I am not diseased, I have rights that need and to be honoured. What do I have to say to this store manager? Educate yourself, donāt be a hypocrite, have some decency and respect, stop being spitting angry, your fears nor any other customers do NOT supersede my rights, I govern myself and my own health it is no one elseās business, honour the law, I have responsibility over my own sovereignty and I will be damned if I will let your miserable cruel self take that away from me! You have no authority to talk to me or treat me like you have. I would like to also add, I witnessed how they handled a situation of a girl slipping and falling on a mess they hadnāt cleaned up; she fell with her carton of eggs, into a pool of milk and got both all over her and they treated her like she was scum after it happened. Like it was her fault as they were afraid to take blame. Her clothes were soiled, her bakery items she bought else where squished and ruined, her suede boots ruined none of which they would not reimburse or replace. I took pictures of this situation. The abuse and customer service is the WORST by far. I've been to countless walmarts from victoria to prince george and this is the most horrid team of managers and staff i've ever met! The managers and employees are CLUELESS to their own store policy. I've come in to price match items and have a manager fight me tooth and nail over their policy, even if I whip up the walmart canada website and show them what it says. they just belittle you and refuse until you leave. I've been in the customer service line up with 7 or more people and more than half of these people will walk out due to the way they'll get treated. This team of "managers" is a joke. rude, rude rude! and clueless! walmart needs to educate their managers better! Nothing but abuse and problems from the Manager team. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Very stressful! this walmart is by far the WORST walmart in all of canada. I could go on for hours on every thing wrong with it. but i'll shorten the list to the worst parts. 1.) Lack of cashiers. Came in at 6pm one night and there was only 2 express lanes and one normal till open. the line ups were nearly 50 people long. this happens ALL the time. 2.) Half of the cashiers can't speak english. 2 female cashiers and one male cashier in particular can only say "yes" and "thank you". which makes price matching impossible 3.) continuing on #2 price matching at this store is bullcrap. having to teach cashiers and managers your own damn policy is ludicrous! I have to CONSTANTLY bring up your company policies on my phone and carefully read them out multiple times before they do anything. No one is properly trained. I've had them refuse to price match a local grocery store that's not even 2 blocks away because "it's not local" or i'll get one of the cashiers who can't speak english well and tell me in broken english that walmart doesnt price match anything, no stores, nothing. 4.) No one is trained properly. no one knows corporate policies, and will lie to your face even if you have the company policy in your hand. 5.) extreem lack of product. I live a 5 minute walk away from this location. I shop for certain things when I come here because other stores don't have them. the shelves are ALWAYS bare no matter what time of day, how many times a day or how often I go they're always bare. There has been no new toys in MONTHS, it's been the exact same toys for the last 3 and a half months. they pull all the items to the front of the shelf to make it look full but if you look past the first item there's NOTHING behind any of it. bare shelves! 6.) Hazards at 6pm or later they unload the trucks and fill all the isles with large heavy pallets, which makes having a cart in this store impossible. having more than one person in an isle is a now go. everyone has to stop what they're doing in order to let...

An older Filipino lady. First time when we asked for help she told us to go online and when we asked her to please check if they have it in store she said nope itās not my department just go online itās not that hard then she proceeded to go back on her phone. Mind you she was on the clock. This was July 2024. Today dec 1 2024 I had my 10 month old play with a stuffed toy and Rose was working at the toy section she then came out of nowhere and told my husband ā you better put that away. Put that back.ā We were taken aback because we were going to get the toy and just letting our baby play with it a little before walking to the checkout line. So I asked her if she was talking to us and she then said āYEAH! Put it back. Some people donāt put it back thatās why.ā Like excuse me we were going to buy it. Donāt assume and just do what youāre supposed to be doing ( your job). Like if you donāt like your job then find somewhere else to work?. Donāt ruin a family moment. My baby was excited to choose her own toy. From laughter to what was that.. is she nuts?! & isnāt it your duty to tidy up the place? Like did you expect the customers to not touch the product and to just look at it. If youāre lazy just say that. I really hope this location train their workers better. Teach them manners and hard work. Be proud of your role.
I talked to sahaya( I think thatās her name sorry if I spelled it wrong) she reassured us that she will talk to Rose about this. She was very apologetic. I really hope something comes from this that she (Rose) learn that she canāt talk to people like that. She could have said it in a more respectful way and tone.
