Canada's Sports Hall of Fame — Attraction in Calgary

Very interesting and moving, see the very detailed and well made video at the beginning of the trip really put you in the mindset to want to see and hear about all these people, even as someone who's not super interested in sports. SAIT got us into a special tour of the behind the scenes areas so we got to see all the archived collections that haven't been seen by the public yet. Today was my first time to visit the place and I had a blast educating myself on Canadian sports legacy. As a basketball fanatic I was intrigued with Dr.James Naismith works that was on display. It was very informative for me. He was a genius and now it has been a global sports. I would absolutely recommend for families especially with kids to visit and learn the rich history of Canadian sports. How I wish I could be a hall...

Many screens did NOT work. Plaques w 14" fonts were more than 7 feet high so impossible to read. One exhibit with skating costumes also had old ski boots. Zero flow to the entire museum (lacrosse photos in "summer sports" section yet old lacrosse stick was located in "winter sports" section).
