However, it's worth noting for those not as familiar with the series, there might be a few puzzles at the beginning that could seem a tad obscure. Additionally, for future escapades, a suggestion would be to brighten the hues of green, yellow, and blue used throughout the room. A bit more vibrancy could enhance visibility, ensuring participants can fully engage with every enchanting detail.

None of this would have been possible without the incredible Keith and Jamie. Their enthusiasm, professionalism, and warmth added an extra layer of joy to our experience. They went above and beyond to ensure our visit was memorable, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to creating an enjoyable and welcoming environment for all guests.

EDIT no surprise to see such a dismissive response, anything to protect your business and invalidate the experience we had. I absolutely was spoke at in a very aggressive tone and did cry. I’d have no reason to lie about that and my daughter and the other family walking out could easily confirm that. I was not thanked and not apologized to. At the end the the day, hopefully your business takes this as a learning experience. Clearly wasn’t the first time, seeing as this review got several heart reactions. Stop lying and do better.

Left here today feeling completely traumatized. The male worker at the desk has a serious temper and accused my 8 year old daughter and I of stealing. We finished the room and about 3 minutes after leaving he called us and said they couldn’t find one of the keys from the room we were in. So we drove back to help, and told him we believe we left it where we found it initially. He became very aggressive and accusatory saying we will be paying for the lost key and we are wasting their time because they will have to look back through the hour of footage.

He continued to pretty much yell at us to the point where I started to cry. I felt scared and didn’t know what to say or do. The female worker went into the escape room to help, and GUESS WHERE SHE FOUND THE KEY?? EXACTLY WHERE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE LEFT . I left the building crying after spending $73 only to be humiliated and aggressively accused of theft when we did nothing wrong. Needless to say we will never be back and we would not recommend this...

EDITED November 2024: My husband and I did the Haunted Mansion room last night with a group of friends. It was excellent. The decor was fantastic. The puzzles were challenging and fun! We had the pants scared off of us multiple times. It was a bit tight with 6 of us. I think it would be best done with four people rather than six but we loved it!

This new(ish) Escape room facility has the potential to become one of my favourites in the city. My husband, sons and I tried the School of Magic room today. The theming is exceptional. They have integrated a lot of technology into the room in a really thoughtful way. It enhances the room and the puzzles, rather than being thrown in just for the sake of having cool gadgets.

This room is their easiest but we still enjoyed the puzzles....particularly the one involving knights.

The only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is that some of the puzzle parts are hard to see in the atmospheric light. This could easily be solved by either making the ambient light brighter OR giving players a brighter extra light source than the one that is currently provided.
