Visited the place a few times. Always a pleasant experience. Staff are nice and patient with customer who are indecisive or unsure. They're not stingy with the sugar level and ice portions. It seems like they welcome customization. The place is clean and also have an air purifier/scent diffuser. Has a ready fan available of the air conditioning isn't on. Washrooms are spacious!!! Very clean and with provisions. There's 2. Sanitizers are available as well. As for the drink itself. They do fill it to the top! Cream foam is insanely good! Love the mini pearls - sago. Not a big fan of the regular pearls, the mini pearls are the better option for me. Drink Suggestion: Okinawa Pearl Milk Tea (add Creama Foam!!) Wintermelon Tea Creama Cocoa Creama Mango Passion Fruit Green Tea (with Lychee Jelly)
Most are on the sweeter than usual side, I suggested getting it less sweet....
Read moreI went to Sharetea for the first time and I got the Oreo Ice Blended with Pearl. The guy at the counter was super courteous and nice. I crave for more sugar in every drink and I asked him if I could have sugar level to the max in the drink. He said the drink is already pretty sweet and with contents in it he wont be able to add more sugar. And I must say the Oreo Pearl drink was, hands down, the best, I repeat, THE BEST bubble tea drink I have ever had in my entire life in Canada. The sweetness was perrrrrrrfecttt !!! Read moreI am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. It is unacceptable to have staff with such poor attitudes representing your business. My order was incorrect, and when I approached the staff to rectify it and place a new order, I discovered that they had failed to inform me they were out of pearls, which is why they were missing from my cup. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the staff member responded with unnecessary attitude. This experience reflects poorly on the management and the training of your staff.
