Booster Juice — Restaurant in Calgary

What an atrocious experience. Went on Saturday, July 20.

Was given the most disrespectful and atrocious customer service I have ever received in this city. Three ladies were working and they were absolutely wonderful. Happy, engaging and courteous.

One pathetic male employee who was visibly upset, ignoring customers blatantly and then speaking in his language about them in front of their face. We asked for salsa for our 30$ order. He couldn’t even bother to look up. If you don’t like your job, find something else. Everyone around you was clearly in a good place.

Some people you might not expect speak Tagalog. So believe it or not. We understood you.

I will be escalating this with your head office as well. I have never been subject to verbal abuse in a restaurant before. Avoid this place at all costs. Literally anywhere else...

I went today to this place for the very first time. I ordered their new heavnly horizon juice . First of all i got it afzter 15 minutes and then it only tasted ginger in the juice. When i addressed this to the person who was working there she said no body ever before complained. We put this much ginger only. I asked her if she can make it again for me without ginger she said no . Pay again then only where as i just took one sip from the first one. The bad part is she didn’t even apologise to me. My experience at Booster Juice Sunridge Mall was disappointing. When I requested my usual drink, the cashier initially claimed they didn't have it. After clarifying, they repeated the name in a condescending manner, making me feel like I made a mistake. There were no apologies for the confusion. Additionally, when I asked for a receipt for my app rewards, I was told it was my responsibility to mention it before cashing out.
