Avoid at all costs on weekends, weekdays we haven't really had an issue but on weekends I've only seen children (couldn't be more than 15 years old) assuming they are the owners kids, they are extremely rude, stuck up and its always a mess on weekends, I have no idea how the place hasn't been shut down yet. there was pools of dirt in the ball pit, bouncy water thing was leaking everywhere, one of the slides wasnt even bolted down to the structure and there was bare metal all over inside due to the foam either not being attatched or just worn. EVERYTHING is extremely overpriced im pretty sure my youngest fella paid $1 for 5x candies that would only cost 5 cents each anywhere else and he said thath the candy was hard as a rock and seemed like it was in the jar for years. the weekday staff is very quiet, manager seemed super nice and very helpful but the children working the weekends seemed to have no work ethics, there was even a brawl of at least a half a dozen parents one weekend, the staff did nothing when i mentionned the parents cursing and shoving, they just stood behind the counter in fear until it was broken up by other parents. overall its a very trashy, dirty, outdated and bland play park with overpriced snacks and drinks, such a shame there arent any better locations in the area but our kids love visiting anyways after we do groceies, we have changed our grocery day to thursday for the friendlier ADULT staff when its much cleaner and we feel are more safe for...

Our family has been loyal visitors to the Fun Factory for years, but after our most recent visit, we won’t be returning. The way this facility handles private parties is inconsiderate and poorly managed, especially for families with children on the autism spectrum.

On the day we visited, the building was closed for a private party, but all the exterior signs—Open signs, lights—were still on, making it appear as though the facility was welcoming guests. The small sign on the door notifying visitors of the closure was nearly impossible to see, and by the time we realized what was happening, it had already caused distress for our child. For children with autism, a disruption to routine like this can completely derail their day, and it showed a lack of thoughtfulness on the part of the management.

What’s most frustrating is that this situation could have been easily avoided. Turning off the Open signs or placing clearer, more visible notices outside would have been a simple step to ensure families didn’t make an unnecessary trip, especially those who rely on predictable environments.

After years of visits, this experience felt like a betrayal of the trust we placed in this establishment. It’s clear that the policies prioritize private events and profit over creating an inclusive and thoughtful experience for the community. We’re sad to say that this was...

There's many reasons you need to avoid this place. They had terrible reviews on Facebook (many reviews had pictures as proof). The owner decided to HIDE the reviews and when questioned about it they said the reviews were lies and made up because people are intolerant of immigrants. Just outrageous. This place was FILTHY with many safety hazards when I visited. Someone made a VERY public post complaining of the issues..it was at that time "the kids fun factory" started addressing everyone's concern and finally fixing up their very run down space. They made ZERO effort to clean or maintain the space before that..the reviews they hide prove that. They also advertise drop off services..I wouldn't trust them to watch my dog. The kids I observed were left by themselves. The owner was no where to be seen while the kiddos acted up. Fighting and crying..being very disturptive and ruining our experience further. The kids were given suckers by the owner..they were allowed to bring the suckers into the place space which is absolutely disgusting. I witnessed one of the suckers being thrown into the ball pit. 🤢 Another concern is it states on their website that they are not responsible for any injuries..even if the injury is due to their NEGLIGENCE! Outrageous. Just avoid this place!! They don't care about our children..they don't care...

We came here for a birthday party and it was great for my 3 year old. Party room for 2 hours with pizza and hot dogs. Face painting was included. Loads of equipment and most importantly, loads of space! Other indoor play places I have found very cramped and the kids often bang into eachother. There's lots for little kids too but parents of littles should be prepared to help them. There are snacks for sale and a sitting area. No supervision from staff. (I mentioned because in other places we found staff were policing kids behavior). We enjoyed it much more compared to others. A few items weren't working but it didn't stop the kids.

New to play places in the maritimes. I thought it was odd there's no security. Other play places I've been to have your kids have a number stamped on thier hand and one on the parents' hand so you can only leave with your own kid. It's just a peace of mind thing. I'm sure it's usually fine, but it worries me. Also the very top row of the play structure is really hard to get to. I didn't see any kids up there and I found that really odd to have such a difficult way as the only option. There should be more than one entrance and exit on each level of the play structure. Also found it expensive. But maybe that's normal here.

Horrible experience today, regular business hours should be open to the public as usual, one little girl just wanted to play in the last hour of being open but someone “bought the place out for the whole evening” how does that make sense, save events like that for after public hours, making other kids cry because one birthday party booked the whole place to just close it from everyone else
