A&W Canada — Restaurant in Dartmouth

Had an issue with my food as well as rude attitude from employee in May and filled out the survey. The area manager emailed me right away and had said they were going to send some coupons out in the mail. I was very impressed with the customer service and timely matter to rectify things and was planning to write a 5 star review. That had since changed. 3 weeks later I had not received anything so reached out and was told they would look in to it and get back to me, waited a few more weeks and the same thing with the same response. It has now been over 2 months since our original communication and 2 weeks since I last reached out and was told once again they would look into it and no followup email. Having visited this A&W location a few times over the past several months, I have one growing pain with this location only; their inaccuracies. I myself do not eat meat or cheese, and any time that I have asked for specific items to be omitted from my meals, I find myself and those around me receiving food that contains food which I cannot, and will not eat.

Some things, granted, I choose not to eat, but regardless of the reason, I should be able to order a burger with no cheese and receive exactly that. But this location seems to be fairly inaccurate with that.

Other than that, I do usually come to this location if I need a bite, but I would recommend going to whichever location is the next most convenient if you're really...

I think this is a relatively new a&w. I ordered the teen burger with root beer and fries. The root beer is served in a lovely thick glass frosty mug and the french fries are served in a little tray, hot and fresh. I enjoyed my meal. Although for $14, which was a little shocking, I would have liked a little more meat on my bun. There's a bit of energy in the place which i think is primarily due to the poor acoustics with the high ceiling. It's quite noisy and unnecessarily so unfortunately.
