I recently visited Montana's in Dartmouth Crossing, after hearing fantastic reviews from a co-worker. I cannot say enough about the exceptional experience I had, thanks in large part to the incredible staff, particularly Nick. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. Nick's attentiveness was truly outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Nick was not only knowledgeable about the menu but also passionate about the restaurant's specialty – ribs. He took the time to explain the various rib options, their flavor profiles, and even recommended his personal favorites. It was evident that he took pride in his work and genuinely cared about the satisfaction of the customers. Throughout the meal, Nick made sure my friends and I had everything we needed. His attention to detail and the way he effortlessly anticipated our needs truly stood out. It's not often that you encounter such a dedicated and friendly staff. Nick's friendly demeanor and engaging conversation added a delightful personal touch to our evening. He made us feel like valued guests, creating a warm and inviting ambiance that enhanced the overall dining experience. Montana's is already known for its ribs, and with staff members like Nick, it becomes an even more memorable destination. His attentiveness and dedication to providing outstanding service made our visit to Montana's a truly remarkable one. It is no wonder why my co-workers rave so highly about it. I can't wait to return to this fantastic restaurant, and I hope to be fortunate enough to have cross paths with...
Read moreEasy place to find. There's plenty of parking. When staying at a nearby hotel, it's about a 5 minute walk. I was seated at the bar but took a quick look around the dining room. It was pretty clean and not overcrowded. Service was fast and friendly. Within minutes my salad had arrived. They weren't too chatty until I asked them if they could put the hockey game on. Then the discussions began. It was playoff season, so happy to chat hockey. The garden salad with Balsamic vinaigrette was a great way to start my meal. It was plentiful. Just needs more croutons. The chicken burrito bowl arrived shortly after finishing my salad. It tasted okay. It wasn't as seasoned as I would expect it to be. The quantity was good. Their grill is well seasoned but there wasnt enough chicken on the plate. It was spicier than I thought it would be which was nice. I topped it all off with the triple layer chocolate cake. Very decadent. In all, it cost me about $40 and I was very content. Plus, I had a couple local IPAs which added to the total. Expect to pay about $20 per person. I'll be back, whenever I'm in the region. Great atmosphere! It's Montana's so you know what to expect. I've had better and...
Read moreUpdate: I returned after making the post below, a few weeks later to give get another chance. Again two out of the three main meals were extremely cold, the service was extremely awesome this time though. I will not return, I'm done wasting my money on cold food. We used to go there at least once a month and really enjoyed the food but for some reason it's not coming good to eat, not even warm at all.. spent roughly 120 on this disappointment...
First post... items and the Food was served as cold as my salad but the server didnt drop by after the food was dropped off until well after we were all done. Our large family dines out at least once a month, we look foward to it but not this experiance. I mentioned it to the waitress who didnt really much care, she dropped off the POS machine for us to figure out and left. I left a tip but have a bad feeling for doing so. All we talked about during the meal was how cold the items were, the not good service and missing items which we had ordered. This is my first time every leavind a negative review.... extremely upset that we flushed our hard earned money down the drain.. dined between 6 to 7 and it...
