Tim Horton's isn't exactly high-brow, but it's a staple as a convenient place to grab a quick coffee and a snack. I don't expect a lot when I visit, but I've always recieved hot coffee and efficient, friendly service at locations nation wide. Until now.
I have dropped into this location several times. When I order, I can see that I'm interupting a conversation between colleagues. After that half-hearted interaction, the staff don't even pretend to acknowledge customers. I get food handed to me and a debit machine presented by wordless people looking in the opposite direction.
The product isn't prepared with any level of care - my drink was barely luke warm this morning and food items are slapped together. Minimum wage staff can't be expected to be entirely engaged in their work but a bare minimum level of supervision would ensure they're at least acknowledging customers and providing a reasonable product.

Read moreLast time I went there this was what was given to me as a breakfast sandwich. I know that Tim’s is a low bar for what is good, but this really lowered it further. This was drive through on a slow day, I was the only car in line. Don’t waste your time here, I even contacted the QA line and they didn’t seem to care either.

Follow up, outside the generic copy paste I see that they're putting in the comments to count as "responded to complaints" I contacted on them on January 8 and 9, where I was told by a Q.T. and Vicki that exact line. That Tim Hortons takes this seriously (they don't), that they'll make it right (they won't), and that the owner of the local will reach out (they didn't). Tim's does not care. Read moreWorse customer service ever! I ordered a farmers breakfast sandwich with a hash brown. They were very busy so I knew I had a little bit of a wait time. After about 15 mins, one of the workers decides to ask everyone for their orders again while they wait (what’s the point of taking the order and paying if we have to order again). So I’ve been waiting longer than others because she decided to ask everyone else first and then me (a person of color). I was already offended but I decided to just wait, mind you they already addressed me as “the girl who said she’s waiting for her order”. When the worker finally got to me, she messed up my order because “they” told her I wanted whatever it was she made. I then told her I did not order that, I ordered a farmers breakfast sandwich with a hash brown, and this is what she threw in my hand (no bag or nothing)…..the hash brown was raw and I guess this is what I deserved as a customer. 0/10 would...
