Decided to come visit as we have a membership to visit the Niagara region museums. Grimsby was one we decided lets try it and i must say very disappointed no one was there. Lights were out we had to turn lights on ourselves and theres only 2 rooms of displays. Feels very small unwelcoming and boring. I definately will not return. Also as we were leaving staff member came out and was surprised there was visitors. She said they had day camp and wernt expecting visitors. Being our first time on this side of Canada, it was a great space to learn more about the cultural historical development of Ontario. Tiffany and Colleen were beyond insightful and engaging; we had an excellent time getting to speak with them. Many hands on activities such as brass rubbing, medieval games and crown making to inspire. Examples of chain mail on display. Worth visiting each season as the exhibitions change.
