180 Smoke Vape Store - Hamilton East Side — Attraction in Hamilton

So, I went to 180 Smoke Shop, like 15-20 minutes before closing. They close at 8, I walked in around 7:40. There was this guy with specs at the counter. He asked what he could help me with. I told him I was looking for flavors for Level X. He goes, “Yeah, we got tons.”

So, I explained to him nicely, you know, how I do it — that I like to experiment with new flavors, see what’s there, maybe a menu or a pamphlet if they have it. He goes, “Yeah, we got tons, but we’re about to close so I can’t pull them up.”

Like, I get closing time can be a pain, so I said fine. But then I checked Flavor X’s website on my own and asked him if they had two or three specific ones. He said, “No, we don’t have those.” So, I was like, “Man, you say you got tons, but which ones do you actually have then?” It was kinda confusing.

I know it was close to closing, but I’m still paying full price. It’s not like I was asking for a freebie. The whole vibe felt a bit off — I don’t know, maybe I read too much into it, but it felt condescending, like he just wanted me out.

Then, when he was billing me, he asked if I had an account. I said no, but I’d like to create one. He didn’t even respond to that — just carried on. Felt kinda judgy, maybe because of my accent, maybe because I’m brown, I don’t know. Not trying to play the victim card, but that’s honestly how it felt.

The good part:

Shop’s decent, spacious, good quality products, fair prices.

But:

If you wanna actually browse and try new flavors, good luck near closing time.

Guy with the specs needs to chill with the attitude.

Don’t tell people you got “tons” if you can’t even show what’s in stock.

Overall, not the worst place, but not the warmest service either. Next time, I’d only go if I already know exactly what I want — zero help needed.

Hands down one of the best vape shops I’ve ever been to. The staff are super knowledgeable, friendly, and never pushy — they actually take the time to help you find what’s right for you. Whether you’re a beginner or a long-time vaper, they make you feel welcome.

The selection is amazing — tons of flavours, devices, and accessories at solid prices. Everything is well-stocked and organized, and they’re always up to date with the latest products. I also appreciated how clean and well-kept the store was — it’s a chill vibe and a comfortable space to browse.

You can tell they care about their customers and aren’t just trying to make a quick sale. I left with exactly what I needed and more knowledge than when I walked in. Highly recommend...

I was just passing by, on my way to purchase a vape somewhere... I knew what I wanted. I noticed the sign outside so I stopped and went in for a look around.
