I don't know where to start. This is one of our favourite spots to go out to dine at. I kid you not, they have the best burgers I've ever had in my life-and I love my burgers ;). We've been coming here since it opened up. We used to go to their King St location too but are SO grateful this one opened up. It's a lot closer to home. While King St was great, in comparison this blows them out of the water. Still the same great food but the Ottawa location is MUCH bigger and you dont share tables (which was never a problem!). Every single one of the staff members are a dream, adding to the most perfect dining experience. Even the ones who dont know we exist. Lol. They're all so genuine, down to earth and hardworking- I love them all. Even the bartender who I see making my drink...that probably doesnt even know me but makes them with such passion and sincerity. I dont even drink but boy the way they prepare some of those cocktails sure makes me want to! We love you guys!! Thank you!!! They've got it all...a patio, bar, ARCADE GAMES!!! ...that's right. They have 2 retro arcade games where you can play any namco game you like...and it's free!!! Mind. Blown. These guys are the best. Creative an innovative ideas. The menu is as mindblowing as everything else. The coolest combinations made with the highest quality of ingredients. I've never been to a hamburger place where they ask you how well done you like your patty. #legit. They have the most interesting ideas for the hamburgers on menu and even offer the chef's smash which is usually an insane and genius idea of burger created by the brilliant chefs in the back. You can taste and see their passion before you. Every single appetizer is out of this world. EVERYTHING on the menu is-im not kidding...we're obsessed. If you're to try only one appetizer though, take my word and go for the buffalo cauliflower. I'm yet to visit another restaurant to top theirs. Omg and their shakes? Take my word a just do it....this place is the BEST. I love the music they play too. Old school from the 80s and 90s. Theres nothing like that era. They extremely clean as well. I remember one of the first times I visited I saw one of the employees cleaning the CEILING!!!!! Amazing. You can really tell they take care and genuinely do care. I cant thank these guys enough for everything they've done for us. A perfect dining experience. Nearly every time. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much. Keep up the great work. You're valued and appreciated. Oh and p.s to the server in the photo... I told you I'd take you out before posting online but I kept you bc I thought you look nice and deserve some credit. If you like though I can still put a sticker over, just lmk :) If theres one thing that I might be able to request though.... PLEASE bring back the pepperoni topping!! I beg of you. It's mine an my bfs favorite topping to create our burger :( he asks every time in hopes its come back lol. Oh and the 3 app ceasar!! You guys have the best ceasar (virgin) I've had but can do more with the options. That 3 app ceasar was brilliant. If you're going to take it away at least incorporate one of those pickled beans in your Caesars...or offer the candied bacon with the deep fried pickle instead of adding another regular pickle to it. Just a suggestion:).

Wow! I went here for my boyfriend's birthday with his dad, and it was unlike any burger place I've been to before. Very small place with retro arcade games at the front and an upstairs that isn't quite obvious if it is for customers or just for staff. It was a Sunday night and the place was absolutely packed; however, our drinks and food came within a very reasonable amount of time. They have a really cool and wide selection of both local craft and imported beers, and are one of the few places that offer Delirium Tremens on tap (which is a great strong ale, one of my favourites). As the kitchen is very open concept, it was actually a treat to sit there and sip on our beer and watch all the food come up to the window and go out to the tables. Every single dish that went out had me questioning what I had ordered and debating whether I should call the server over to change my order! But I settled with the Nacho Man burger, while my boyfriend had the chicken and waffles and his dad had Le Royale with Cheese. The burgers are massive and the price on the menu is for the burger alone (ranges from about $11-$14), so I opted out of ordering a side. We finished by sharing the fresh donuts that are barely even advertised but are soooo good. Just like fair donuts. Our server recommended them, because just like everything else at this restaurant the staff are great too! We were greeted at the door, the manager said goodbye to us on the way out and our server was really friendly and knowledgable about the menu. Everyone loved their food and I definitely can't wait to go back and try everything else on the menu!

I was so excited to eat here, with my family of 4. We came into town from 3 hours away. 2 of us were dying to try your pineapple burger we had heard so much about. Only to be told it was a customer favorite, but was removed from the menu a week earlier. I ended up only getting an order of onion rings, no burger. Although they were cooked to perfection and despite how they looked. They were extremely bland with next to no seasoning. When I ordered them, I asked for any other dipping sauce, other them ranch. As I really hate ranch. As the photo shows. I got ranch. I reminded our waitress, who apologized. But still never switched it out. Very disappointing for such a high price tag. The beyond the beef burger was extremely overcooked and very dry. I didn't take it's photo. The chicken burger with egg, was made of 5 small cuts of chicken. So it kept falling apart. A real pain to eat, but tasted amazing. Milkshakes were out of this world good! My daughter asked to order a drink. But was told no, as it was almost 10pm. However we watched 2 girls at the bar get served drinks. The last thing that honesty bothered me the most. Was that a cook started scrubbing the fryer while they were still opened. There were 3 tables of people and the girls at the bar. It was extremely noisy and really killed the whole vibe of the restaurant. We tolerated it for 6-7 minutes before asking what all the racket was about. Left our experiences off on a rather rough note.

I was not prepared for how large the servings were, but I also was NOT disappointed! I had never been to Hambrgr before, so after a stressful day, my family and I decided to try it. We ordered three of the #Hamont burgers, my sister and I got Garlic Parm fries and my dad got a side salad. The fries were fresh and the garlic parm topping was DELICIOUS. The serving size for it being a “side,” was large and I was full from just them. I had to take a break before I ate my burger! My dad’s side salad was the same; huge for it to be a “side.” His only gripe was that there wasn’t enough dressing. The burgers were out of this world. They’re HUGE, juicy and cooked perfectly. The bottom bun was a bit soggy, but that’s to be expected. My favourite thing about it was the mustard bacon. It was amazing. I was just sad there wasn’t more of it. 10/10, this was the absolute best burger I have ever had in my life. That is the hill I am willing to die on. Edited: I went here for lunch today and.... a completely different experience. The fries were stale, maybe a day old... And the grilled cheese burger bun was burned, yet soggy. It wasn’t worth the $82 I spent on skip for my family for lunch this time around.

If you're looking for some special, delicious, unique burgers in thr city, THIS IS THE PLACE. The sauce in the magic mushroom sandwich was EPIIIIIIIIC. I had the bean and mushroom patty and I miss it already but I really would have loved a Beyond patty that doesn't crumble every time I try to take a bite. LOVED the sandwich nonetheless. 🧅 The onion rings and the sauce = a match made in heaven. My partner tried their burger twice. He had the Goodfella the first time and it was DELISH the. The second time he had the Nashville chicken sandwich and he thought the chicken is oilier than it should be but the chicken is moist and tender and the sauce is FIIIIIIRE. 🔥🧑🏻🚒 My takeout experience was just as wonderful as my dind-in experience. Shout out to everyone who works there and special thanks to the servers who risk their lives everyday during this pandemic. They work hard while putting our safety first. Thank you and YOU ROCK. 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Note: The bean and walnut patty was so crumbly and I would have loved to substitute the meat with some Beyond instead. Please consider adding Beyond burger to the menu and allow your fans and clients to sub the regular patties with that. ☺️

My friend showed me this burger joint at the Crown Point location as he was touring me around the area. Looking at the menu can make you a little indecisive because everything looks so good. Shout out to our awesome server Jasmine (sp?) who looked after us and made the indecision go away when she recommended the Chef Smash (7 oz taco spiced patty, Jack cheese, pickled jalapenos/onions, crispy shells and spicy sambol mayo). A delicious great choice! I've been to other burger joints and most of the time, the burger is just messy and sloppy. These burgers were just right. Even down to the last bite, I had an intact portion in my hands for the finale. I was thinking my burger would just crumble, but this was made well!! We also tried the crispy duck wings with golden BBQ and house buttermilk sauce...very flavourful!! The spontaneity to try them was the right decision because how often can you say you had duck wings? The atmosphere was great and it was all smiles throughout. I'm looking forward to visiting in the future to try a different burger...or the same one if it's still on the menu.
