Shopping for jewellery's at Zoran's Designs has become a 30 year family tradition for our family.

As newlyweds in 1986, my husband began surprising me with unique semi-precious and precious gemstone jewellery for anniversaries, birthdays, Christmases and other special occasions.

Soon after we began our family he introduced our two sons to the sparkling store and they aided him in his choices. Today, one of our sons continues the tradition by surprising his girlfriend with valentine’s and birthday pieces.

All of my pieces are exquisite examples of fine craftsmanship and unique designs. Many of the pieces are one of a kind and I have received numerous compliments over the years, confirming the fact that the pieces are timeless. In addition, I have treated many of my girlfriends to Zoran's Design gift certificates for their birthdays.

All this speaks to the quality of both the jewelery and the owners who staff the store. Jewellery shopping can be a daunting and intimidating endeavour, but not at Zoran's where they provide you a comfortable, friendly and informative buying experience.

Best customer experience ever!! After the first visit to Zoran I told my fiancee I didn't want to look anywhere else for an engagement ring. It was so refreshing to have a relaxed experience while shopping for a ring. There was no hassle or pressure. The owner Maja is fantastic to consult with and very talented. My fiancee describes his experience with her as educational, easy and sincere. I told her what I was looking for in a ring and she spent time with me showing me different sizes and shapes of stones and educating me on the 4C's. She was also honest about what sort of designs may not fit the look I was going for. She even suggested a smaller size stone than what I initially wanted for some of the rings I was eyeing. Zoran Designs provided me with one of the best customer service experiences that I've ever received. I was a bit nervous about purchasing a piece of jewelry online without the benefit of seeing or touching the piece in person. I was also worried that because I didn't order the piece until less than two weeks from Christmas that it might not arrive in time for the holiday. However, I received the piece in just a few days and it exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. In addition, they also included in the package a nice gift box and tissue paper along with a very nice hand written note.
