The Lobster Pot — Restaurant in Kelowna

My husband & I absolutely LOVE lobster and really most seafood. There are very few local ocean seafood restaurants in Kelowna. The Lobster Pot will satisfy your lobster craving; wrapped in a delectable lobster roll...a thick toasted buttery bun loaded with sweet delicious lobster...YUM!! So rich with fabulous flavour you will be devouring it with a smile on your face. The lovely lady that runs the Kelowna food truck is a beauty, she is friendly and warm, five star service! Yes the price is high, but lobsters are expensive. Might I make a suggestion to the owner, I believe his name is Mike Taylor? perhaps add a small side of coleslaw, so that customers won't complain about the price$$$ it adds a little to the basket and will please the public (f you are concerned about the roll getting soggy try placing it in a piece of lettuce or just a small paper to separate). This is the best thing I have eaten in a long time. My whole family is in love. People seem to be complaining about the price but it is nothing to drop $20 at a fast food drive thru now and no comparison in quality. Keep 'em coming. Staff was fantastic and very friendly. Remember people that the lobster is shipped from the east and is not like the slapped on frozen hamburger patty people seem to desire so much and is it really even all hamburger??? We’ve been here a number of times and it never disappoints! My father is from PEI and he says it “tastes like home”. The lobster is succulent and perfectly dressed - very lightly, which enhances the flavour of the lobster instead of smothering it.

Is it pricey? Yup. But so is lobster, and I don’t tear my hands apart trying to get the meat out this way. I’d also take this over a bowl of seafood pasta at Earls any day and they are similarly priced, and this comes with...
