I’ve had perms before, but the results here were truly outstanding—my curls are natural, bouncy, and exactly how I envisioned them!

I went to get an alternative haircut, and brought a picture of what I wanted. The picture showed two long strands at the front with short at the back.

The guy assured me he could get it right. As he worked on it I noticed it wasn't getting quite right and told him. He told me I didn't understand and he was getting the same thing but my hair is different than the model in the picture.

After getting the haircut I came home and did a thorough comparison. The haircut is completely wrong in multiple ways, he gave me a bob cut. That was NOT what I asked for.
