Havre aux Glaces — Attraction in Montreal

The ice cream is delicious, but I will never go back because of the unfriendly service.

I visited the atwater market on an outing this weekend, and I went to this ice cream store and felt bad.

The staff working here didn't even ask for a menu. And she looked at me and gave me a chocolate flavor. I didn't even order chocolate. So I asked for chocolate and add vanilla flavor. But she kept yelling me. "mango? mango? mango????"

Do you think the pronunciation of mango and vanilla are similar?

She pretended not to understand and turned around and complained.

She is not eligible to work at atwater, Montreal's flagship market, where many tourists and residents go.

Great ice cream spot near Atwater! If you’re around Atwater for shopping or just having fun, I really recommend this ice cream shop. There’s usually a long line in front of it — and for good reason! Beautiful view, horrible experience. I wanted to see the flavors available. I received the list like a bombardment and they waived to the next customers at the same time without waiting or respecting social distancing. I made a choice and then was asked about the size.
