The only reason I ever order from them is my son really likes it and we both compromise sometimes. I've had more bad experiences than good ones with them. First of all, and this isn't about the branch itself, the website SUCKS. Every single time, I can an error message and have to start all over again. I've tried it on multiple devices. I complained to the company one time and they sent me a $10 gift card. When I tried to apply it, it didn't take it. And now when I try, it shows the card is empty. So much for their "assistance". The second thing is that their employees are horrible on the phone. When I do wind up having to call to order my food because the web site won't work, it takes forever because I have to repeat everything 3 times. It's like they've never heard of...I dunno...pizza. Third, they almost always are out of something we want. Don't even both ordering any of the specialty sandwiches anymore - they always call me to tell me they are out...again. Or brownies. Read morePoor customer service experience. We specified payment upon delivery by credit card when we placed our online order. The person who brought our order said there was a problem, didn't have the machine, and was rude and acted surprised that we might not have cash on hand. We did manage to collect enough together, but while he waited in our office lobby, he played loud music on his phone. Not professional. He invited me to contact his manager if I had a complaint, but the business phone number just goes straight to an ordering call center. The first call I made, the agent asked me for my order, and then went silent and hung up when I said I wanted to speak to the specific location about my order. The second time I called, I found the right menu option for customer support, but was on hold for so long that I gave up. I ordered a pizza at 12:20 am came back from a long shift hungry and tired .Had to wait an hour to arrive the pizza , since it was weekend it was justified . But got the toppings wrong . I ordered for regular pizza got the pizza burnt . When i called i was asked to called tomorrow for the refund or the replacement since the store was closed by then by a girl employee . Today i did called a guy answered . I amnit at home so the replacement wasnt poosible . I understand you guys dont do refund . But when i paid 26.80$ for the whole order , you are giving me the credit of 18 $ how come ? The guy replied i was responsiblefor the taxes and delivery charges . Are you serious ?
