AVOID. I have no idea how this place got rated so highly before. Absolute disaster :(. She cut indiscriminately without consent.

Hairdresser cut aggressively. She did not trim as requested. She also created layers in my short, curly hair by cutting down vertically. It was a horror show! She cut hard and fast, it was all over in about ten minutes. I would have said something but by the first heavy handed chop at the back of my head, I knew this was doomed. It'll take a year to get my length and style back.

She also handled my hair aggressively. She pulled really hard and tugged at tangles to the point of pain several times. Jabbed my ear with her finger twice. Didn't apologize for the pain. Didn't say a word the entire time, I had to introduce myself. Her name was Zari I think.

The other employee (manager?) offered a refund but insisted that she didn't cut that much. Look, my hair is extremely curly and jaw length (ear length now). You cannot take 1.5" to 2" off curls that short. A trim is 1cm!! And you never ever decide to create layers without asking!!! She never asked if the length was okay or if layers were okay, etc. Zero consent and zero communication while heavy handed cutting. I'm very upset with the cut and...

I left a 5 star review before but after last Friday I’m never coming back. The hairdresser literally butchered my hair and i cried on the way home. She was absolutely absentminded and distracted and was rushing. I showed her a photo of how I want my hair done and she barely glanced at it. It was a photo of me right after she did my hair last time. I was very happy and wanted to recreate it. This time she cut my hair short, uneven on both sides and I look horrible. This is a week before my vacation. All I wanted is to trim my hair and I can’t even look at myself in the mirror. I don’t even know how to style this monstrosity. The owner offered me a refund when she saw that I was visibly upset, but it’s not about the money. I don’t want the money back. I would pay 100 times more to get my hair back. My summer hairstyle is ruined because the hair in the front is so short now that it won’t grow back fast enough. All because she was not paying attention and wasn’t even looking what she was...

Eye brow threading was good, but do not get your makeup done there. My sister accompanied me and informed me of the things I didn't catch during the appointment. Here were the issues:

-The makeup artist was late. -She used expired products that have been discontinued/rebranded for years (there were clumps). -Made me lie down to apply the make up. I showed her pictures and explained that I wanted pink eyeshadow, but she used purple. My sister brought over a palette with my colors, but the makeup artist ignored her. -Poor application technique. -Managed to pinch both of my eyelids with eyelash curler.
