This salon is an absolute gem! 💅✨ The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, making the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. I came in for a shellac pedicure and was impressed by how attentive and detail-oriented she was. She really listened to what I wanted and even gave great recommendations when needed.

As a male volleyball player, keeping my feet in top shape is a must, and I firmly believe a pedicure should be part of every athlete’s routine at least once a month. Constant training and jumping put a lot of stress on my feet, so proper nail care and relaxation are essential.

I normally never write reviews but I need to. I always read the reviews before going somewhere and this place had pretty good reviews, which now, makes absolutely no sense. NEVER GO THERE FOR LASH EXTENSIONS. I’m mortified. Not only is it expensive, but they didn’t do the style I asked for, hurt and irritated my eyes so much during the apt I was crying of pain, and they DO NOT USE LASH GLUE. I came back for a refund a couple days after my first appointment because the lashes irritated my eyes WAY too much and I wasn’t satisfied with the service. They didn’t refund me and only gave me 10% off for the next apt. The owner was not receptive of my concerns and sent me to the chair without listening to me. They removed some lashes that hurt the most at least! My friend is a lash tech, she looked at their work afterwards and couldn’t believe it. They didn’t use lash glue!!!!! Using other glues can be SO dangerous. Eyes are so so sensitive I could’ve gone blind!!! It has been now 2/3 week since the first appointment. I just lost a HUGE chunk of eyelashes and I’m now so self conscious and absolutely...

I had an appointment at 2pm for a colour change for my toes and for a shellac manicure. I got there at 1:50pm and I waited until someone asked me to come to the chair. Next thing I know it’s 2:30pm and I’m still waiting. I finally sit in a chair for my toes and two people walk in. They didn’t have an appointment but they were told to sit in the chair for their pedicure. It’s now 3:00pm and someone finally came to start my colour change on my toes. The woman starts to cut the skin around my toe nails and I was in so much pain I had to ask her to stop. It’s now 3:30pm and she still hasn’t started the colour change. I ended up getting a rushed service where I sat on the chair while my toes dried. The polish looked completely rushed and my shellac manicure wasn’t done properly. The staff seem overworked and stressed which was sad to see. I just wish they would have considered the people who made appointments online instead of having to wait. I ended up leaving 2...
