When I go in person, I'm always happy with my purchase. Do not order through uber, tor any delivery service (In my opinion), they always leave something out of the order... I mean always. Last time, they forgot the meat in my sandwich, how does that even happen? Every time I call back to complain, it's always the same excuse (literally always the same excuse), "Oh the person who handled the order isn't here right now, so..." The guy at the counter was disgusting, he didn't let me use the washroom , I had to explain myself, then when I came out of the washroom , he asked me if I flushed it properly then showed me a water mark on the toilet seat and said he won't let me use again. For the most part this location makes decent sandwiches( definitely has declined in quality over the past few years) consistency is key and once that goes out the window you won't catch me back at a place. What I really don't get is how the heck are you charging people for a sauce on the side, condiments should NOT be charged especially since its part of the sandwich!! if I don't want to eat the sandwich right away to eat later I don't want it soggy so I take the dag sauce on the side... stop charing 75cents for this, super...
