Conspiracy Comics Games & Anime — Attraction in Oakville

I don’t live in the area but I figure the staff reads the reviews. I wanted to apologize as I was in today and there was a very rude customer who was being very demanding and entitled. Never in my days have I seen someone yell at a customer service worker the way he did! The poor girl looked terrified but was so incredibly kind, considerate and patient. (he was upset because he was in a rush and wanted her to help him instead of cash me out) I wanted to apologize as I riled him up but did not think he would take it out on the worker! She was incredible and made me realize I could never work customer service!! I hope she is doing well and knows she’s phenomenal! The store is a great store and I really recommend...

Asked them to put me in their hold box for comic books, only wanted 3 books. They took my name and assured me they'd hold them for me. 2 weeks later, they didn't hold them and said it happened many times with others. The person working didn't even know if the books came in at all when other shops made sure they had them. I don't know why discord is necessary for a comic hold list, nor do I know how a comic store could screw that up, but thats how they apparently aren't doing it. If you want overpriced funko pops, this is your place. If you want comics...

While the Fairview location is my default shop, I've not once walked out of a CC shop anything less than impressed with the experience.

Each staff member is approachable, informed, and quite forthcoming with useful and insightful recommendations. I've visited every shop surrounding Burlington, and I seem to find myself back at Conspiracy most consistently.

Previous complaints I may have had, were in regards to the shop's layout, which they've also addressed with their most recent efforts in establishing an open concept floor plan.
