New York Fries Oakville Place — Restaurant in Oakville

I was at this location kiosk in The Oakville Place Mall September 24 th at 10am and I ordered a ( meeting ) ONE chili and cheese dog to ( Take Out) the woman said it was $16:95 ! Started to argue the price., she said that is what it was! I have been here several times before and the price was $8 and change she finally realized that she changed me for two hot dogs! My question is why did she not realize her mistake before I had to get upset with her can you not train your staff better in listening to a customer order and follow through with proper communication and customer service. I was totally not impressed and most very disappointed and I probably will never be back.! I received a post from the owner/manager with apologies for the situation that I received! Unfortunately that doesn’t compensate me for the experience I encountered the employee was being rude towards me and not understanding what I was trying to say.! If AND Only if I decided to return to your establishment I would appreciate some one that can communicate in English and understand the order...

Obsolete worst case experience, food is nasty customer services was horriable when asked for a name so I can bring it up to management at a later date not a single person wanted to provide it , wouldn’t give reasons why they took over ten minutes to service my son one snack sized poutine when several people a head of him got there till I went up and confronted avoid this...

I am a big fan of new york fries and went to Oakville place recently. Tried the nacho fries and poutine . My friend took the poutine dog as well .

I thought that it was not the usual taste i used to have . Either the fries were not crisp or the sauces above them were not fresh . It was not the taste I expected and was a bit dissatisfied. Maybe its the location or that day...
