Glenashton Park — Attraction in Oakville

I go around this area everyday.. I love this place. so peaceful.. I see many people,in various ages, walking on trails, playing sports, running, and stretching.There is a fenced area for dogs to run around and benches for owners to sit on while waiting. There is also a park for kids. The area that excites me most is where these ladies do their routine exercise. I am not sure how to describe their exercise but it looks like a Chinese practice.
