A year ago I wanted to sell my Louis Neverfull but I was struggling to sell it on my own. I found Oakville consignment and I was a little nervous handing over my bag to someone I met over the internet but she assured me multiple times, gave me her business card, and all ways to contact her so I knew she was legit. The entire time leading up to my bag being sold she was very responsive and informative which made me feel very secure. In under a week she sold my Louis and sent the payment to me instantly. Extremely unprofessional. I booked my appointment days before. I was asked what item I'm bringing in, I replied and got no response. On the day of the appointment when I'm sitting in my car about to leave, I see that there was no location mentioned on the calendar invite so I emailed back asking for an address

The reply I get is 'we are not taking the item you're bringing in as it's out of season'. Proceeding with my appointment being cancelled.

I would've appreciated a heads-up as there was plenty of time to reply and let me know ahead of time instead of literally 25 mins before the appointment. I planned the entire day around this appointment as oakville is out of my way. Highly disappointed and won't...

What can I say..I was always one to buy my designer items at the actual stores and spending WAY more money...until I came across Oakville Consignment. I have made LOTS of purchase with them, the product is ALWAYS as described, in new condition and a fraction of the cost I would pay at the actual store.
