this is the second time i had a dissapointing experience with your restaurant first time when i visited with 9 members there was no food at 1.45 pm and the BUFFET vessels were almost empty and you said biryani is under preparation and i paid 24.99 for each person even though there was limited food available and we had only the biryanis, apart from there was no lamb in the gravy no chicken in the gravy you had only chana, poori, halwa and naan and sweet for that we paid so much. and today we had another disppointing experience when we came in you gave us the seat for 3 person but after that you said there is no biryani for us and asked us to wait for 30 min so we thought to leave and you said there were around 12 members who were eating there wont be enough food for them. we were watching for few minutes and there was a team of 6 member people to accomodate and you let them in to cover 6 people instead of 3 of us and you were greedy to accomodate them and use the seating capacity, we felt really bad even though you were advertising in so many groups that the buffet is on but you fail to accomodate and you use big group members instead of small capacity due to loss of seating and sell more members thats really bad.
there was no alternative your team did not offer and also what were you talking about, we are paying 24.99 for buffet and you are saying alternative, then why are you running your restaurant when you cant provide what is in the buffet menu, Allah is watching you dont fool anyone with you rude comments and unethical reply. and you said lunch buffet start at noon then at 1.30 pm most of the buffet items are emply in the vessel whom you are fooling to? and we see there is huge high tone on your reply. and you are talking about alternative we are on the buffet no on alacarte. you items on the menu list was halwa puri, green chicken, chicken 65, naan, chicken biryani, lamb karahi, chana, mirchi ka salan gulab jamun and chai, and i was talking about lamb karahi which was emply there was no meat and only gravy and also same with green chicken only gravy no meat. and you didnt offer any discount that day you charged us whole amount including tax.
and also what are you talking about freshness, i heard few comments from the reviews that most of the meat is chilled and you do a re-heat of biryanis and gravies. check your reviews before you talk...
Read moreThe atmosphere here is a whole vibe, and the food is delicious too! The biryani was freshly prepared and had an authentic Hyderabadi taste. I especially enjoyed the Chicken 65, it was super appetizing in taste, smell and appearance, making it perfect for catering events.
And the Rumali Rotis… my God! Almost see-through but packed with flavor and surprisingly filling — absolutely top tier.
the portion sizes are wonderful, if you’re ordering for one person your bound to have leftovers for later. (the chicken 65 picture is after I had my lol)
I visited on a Saturday evening and ordered takeout while their buffet was running — that may explains the delay. I ended up waiting about 40 minutes for fresh biryani. It would help if staff could give more accurate pickup times so takeout customers don’t show up too early.
I originally ordered the Platter for 4 ($65), but it felt more like a meal for 1–2 people: • 1 box of biryani (2 small chicken pieces) • 2 regular curries • Fries (a bit random for a Desi meal) • Salad • 2 small sauces (raita & mirch chutney)
Honestly, I was disappointed with the portion size for the price. Based on individual pricing, I expected at least a small tray of biryani.
I went back and spoke with the manager — he was super understanding and professional. The team handled it really well and offered a much better deal: • 2 Chicken 65 specials (with 2 Rumali Rotis each) • 3 Chicken Biryani boxes All for $68 (cheaper than the platter, lol).
I appreciated the gesture and suggested they review the platter sizing — they took the feedback respectfully. I even bought 4 more biryanis, and the manager gave me a discount plus 1 free biryani for the earlier mix-up.
Final tally: $100 for 2 Chicken 65s, 4 Rumali Rotis, and 7 chicken biryanis — great value and excellent service recovery! 👏
I hope this place gets bigger and better. Authentic taste made with Halal meat and affordable prices is hard to come by and much...
Read moreI honestly don’t even know where to begin. I had high hopes for this place, but it was an absolute letdown from start to finish. I went on a Sunday evening buffet and had really big expectations on lamb biryani as the buffet price was increased to $25 to include it but it was disappointing. There was not even a single piece of meat in the biryani and when requested they bought another batch of biryani with meat in it...and then on our second and third servings of biryani I found only the left over rice( little dried rice as well) . Overall lamb biryani was very delicious and close to hyderbadi biryani. Mirchi ka Salaan was really good like something you eat in hyderabad but it was out of stock after our first serving. It was just 45 mins after the buffet started and I did not expect it would finish just in 45 mins. When asked they just said it was being served since morning so it got finished..really??? Then what about people who come in the evening and pay $25 to eat your food. Please dont use these silly reasons because we come to your restaurant with big expectations. Chicken appetizer and naan were good as well. Gulab jamun was not store bought and it was very tasty. I recommend to add another chicken appetizer and a dessert and please check on how biryani is being refilled. I’m really disappointed. For the money I spent here, I did not find this buffet to be worth. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to...
