Been going to this placce for couple years, untill today a "senior staff" Asian looking guy, started descriminating my friend based on her look. We walked up to the counter asked the guy to see if "table number 5 of pool is available or any tables in the corner and i like to play for 1 hour", he didnt say hi or anything , and just said "no nothing in corner, go ahead pay 20 $" , I said then could you please check if there is any other tables available close to corners rather not center, for i dont wanna pay for a table that i dont know the spot of it, he then replied "no i cant, we were absoloutely shocked by the customer service of this guy.
The way fleet way staff monitor works is they have access to all the tables views how long they charged which ones are located in corner and free. But this guy chose to not help, I then told the staff guy to please wait 10 seconds as I go check the tables numbers in the room myself and come back and choose one i like. Keep in mind my friend is still waiting in front of him for me to quickly run and go check the table numbers, I come back and tell him there are so many tables like number #10 available in corner, please book it . He didnt look at me at all and he was putting his hand under his chin and looking at another customer way on the other side of hallway, and didnt help us .
I was pretty upset and not happy with the fact this guy ignored me and had me to check tables myself and lied there was at least 3 tables in each corners available and chose to not help. I saw him ignoring and skipping us in the first of the line. I had to raise voice to ask for a lady supervisor , I explained the situation that for over 5 yrs i have been going to this place and weekly spent at least 60$ and we were treated this way, the supervisor said " I will talk to him later about this, he is just a senior staff and i cant do much" , very stupid form my point because every unhappy customers LEADS to 5 LOSS Customers. while all could be done in this case was appologies from manager sides about the ignorant and unprofessional rasicm acts of a Asian senior staff member. Unbelievable! STAY OUT OF THIS PLACE, if you fight for rasism and descrimination. their camera surveilance audio records and everything is the proof....
Read moreWent here on March 15th around 2pm. It was super busy, which is understandable. It's Saturday on March break. When we made it to the cash to pay and tell our shoe sizes, the girl that helped us was MISERABLE. I know it sucks working Saturdays and when its busy. I can only imagine the people she had been dealing with all day. However... this girl was next level. Didn't look up, didn't smile. She was leaning on the cash and when she didn't hear me say how many kids there were she went "WHAT!?" still without looking up. I actually made an ahh noise and was taken aback. I told her just one. I said thank you, have a good day and she yelled "NEXT IN LINE" The dairy queen was an entirely other negative experience. The wait was long to make our order, which again, I get. Was a Saturday on March break. However, they had one register open. While 4 of them were sauntering around behind the counter. Absolutely zero sense of urgency. They all seemed annoyed with the customers. Our cashier whose name was "Harsh", this is how our conversation went.... "Hi. Can I have a number one please" "K. That it?" "No. Can I also have an extra iced tea and an iced tea with the combo please" "That it?" "Yes." He points at the the debit machine, and I said no, I'm actually paying cash sorry. He sighs and cancelled it, then walked away to say something to the girl working. Comes back and goes "okay?" I was confused. Like what? Yes? Okay. Hand him the 20 and he sighed again. Then as he made the drink he was scratching his beard OVER the drink counter. And I am not one to say something especially to someone who seems aggravated by my presence in the first place, but we ended up throwing our drinks out. From placing the order to receiving it, it took 14 mins. That's one burger and one fry. I watched another customer inquire about the cakes and he just half pointed to the freezer. The guy was like "no. I know where they are I just had a question" and he goes "yeah. Yeah. " and disappears around the corner for a minute before coming out and said "yeah I don't know" when asked about the lowest priced cake. It was just wild. Again, I understand working on a Saturday and at busy yimes can be...
