House of Names — Attraction in Ontario

Terrible quality. I ordered a golf shirt as a gift for my father. The order arrived within one week and the crest I had requested was literally a taped on picture of a family crest. A corner of the tape was already peeling off. I shipped the shirt back - which I had to pay for - so I hope to see my refund soon. Very disappointing. If I knew this was the product being sold, I wouldn't have ordered however the website gives no indication that any writing on the shirt will be put on using a sticker that I could easily pull off. When I called to let them know I would be returning it (they request you call for a return) I wasn't asked for what reason. I was just told to return it and that I had to pay. It's a shame! Lesson learned and I hope others heed this review...

Ordered a family crest/history framed in a beautiful rustic styled frame. I've been wanting one of these for several years. Recently, I converted an extra bedroom into an office space. I assembled a small desk & bookcase. I then centered the crest/history on the wall above the desk & hung my high school & college diplomas on the adjacent walls. The family crest is definitely the highlight of the room. The crest looks much, much better than I ever could have imagined. It made my office space something I could really be proud of. I have bought from them prior to this year (April, 2022) but that was years ago. They have a wider product range now, but I was only looking for family history info packs for my grandkids birthdays in a few months. The only one missing was for Lithuania. 7/8 family names is still pretty good. Didn't have much on Names in Australia but did have New Zealand, which was good anyway. The only thing is my fault: I didn't know enough about my daughter-in-law's family tree to buy more. I hope that will soon be rectified. Give them a look up for family Coats of Arms and PDF packs about family history. I doubt you will be disappointed with the quality of the products or...
